Overview
Join a recognized, award-winning care team at Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. The housekeeping team helps create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming setting for residents, guests, and staff.
These aides are responsible for keeping resident rooms, common areas, and support offices tidy and sanitary, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and a pleasant daily environment.
Compensation
- Base pay begins at $14.50 per hour.
- Extra Hero Pay is offered at $0.85 per hour.
- Pay increases are provided annually.

Schedule
- This is a full-time role.
- Shifts rotate through weekends and holidays.
- Day shift hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- No late-night work is required.
Key Duties
- Work across different parts of the facility to maintain cleanliness and remove trash.
- Keep floors and surfaces clean throughout the building.
- Handle housekeeping tasks outdoors on the facility grounds when assigned.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
- Help create a positive environment where people can feel supported and comfortable.
