Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Nashik Area at Sula’s vineyard properties and hospitality spaces. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for keeping guest rooms, shared areas, and behind-the-scenes areas clean, sanitary, and well-presented according to set housekeeping standards.

Key Duties

The role includes routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms. It also involves restocking guest supplies, caring for linens and other laundry items through washing, drying, ironing, and folding, and ensuring rooms are ready for guest arrival. In addition, the associate will respond to guest needs, flag maintenance problems or safety concerns, work closely with fellow team members, and follow health and safety procedures. Ongoing training and continuous learning are also part of the role to support service quality and efficient operations.

Qualifications and Work Style

Successful candidates should bring hands-on housekeeping and laundry capability, including careful handling of linens, uniforms, and guest belongings. Strong communication, customer service, and organization skills are important, along with a willingness to learn and follow hospitality standards.
