Role Overview
This position supports HR operations on the shop floor in Hyderabad, Telangana, with a focus on attendance administration, onboarding coordination, employee records, and HR reporting. The role also helps the HR business partner with engagement activities and ensures compliance with internal HR processes and disciplinary guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with external agencies to compile attendance, quality, and productivity feedback.
- Keep the feedback tracker current and accurate.
- Verify that all onboarding documents are completed and filed according to the checklist.
- Ensure new joiner information is reflected correctly in all required systems.
- Maintain employee files and related records so they are ready for audit checks.
- Coordinate with agencies to make sure first-day onboarding runs smoothly.
- Explain HR policies, processes, and systems to newly joined employees.
- Support the HRBP in planning and delivering employee engagement activities on the shop floor.
- Review attendance exceptions every day using Kronos and FCLM.
- Track leave, loss of pay, unscheduled overtime, and sixth-day overtime.
- Investigate and close attendance and timekeeping mismatches found in Kronos.
- Maintain and monitor leave records for managers.
- Prepare daily HR MIS updates and attendance reports.
- Reconcile agency-reported attendance data with Kronos records.
- Check overtime and NSA inputs from agencies before sharing them with managers.
- Monitor warning letters issued for disciplinary matters.
- Ensure agencies follow the required disciplinary procedures and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
The role requires at least 6 months of experience in human resources, customer service, and Microsoft Office tools. A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. Preferred candidates will have 1+ year of experience in each of those areas.
