About the Role
An established employer in Dubai is looking for an accomplished Human Resources Manager to oversee the complete HR function. The position is responsible for managing the employee journey from hire to exit, while ensuring HR practices support wider business goals. The role will have a strong influence on organisational effectiveness through workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and efficient HR operations, including support for multi-entity or group setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, onboarding process, and broader employee lifecycle to create a smooth experience for candidates and employees alike.
- Create, revise, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE Labour Law and recognised industry standards.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement activities, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and compensation and benefits administration in a professional and compliant manner.
- Support HR operations across multiple entities or group company structures, maintaining consistency and operational efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports, interpret workforce data, and provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring more than 10 years of proven HR Manager experience and a strong, well-rounded background in Human Resources Management. They should be highly organised, capable of planning and prioritising effectively, and able to perform well in a fast-moving environment. This role suits a hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with practical problem-solving and a strong compliance mindset. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required. Professional credentials such as CIPD and/or SHRM will be considered an advantage.
