Role Overview
This position is centered on keeping the company’s IT environment stable, secure, and well supported. The role combines server and network administration with hands-on user support, device setup, and documentation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows servers and the company’s network setup, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Create and keep IT documentation and operating instructions up to date.
- Assist employees with technical questions and day-to-day IT issues.
- Prepare, configure, and distribute laptops, desktop clients, mobile devices, and connected peripherals.
- Guide and train staff on IT-related topics and practical usage.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Good working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms; familiarity with Azure is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT security, firewall setup, and endpoint protection tools.
- A service-minded personality with a genuine interest in working directly with users.
- Organized and self-reliant approach, including the ability to handle parallel administrative and support tasks.
