IT Manager

Role overview

ENTREPRISE DIENTA PROTECTION sarl (EDP SARL) is looking for an IT Manager who can take charge of the company’s technology function end to end. The position involves overseeing systems and network infrastructure, protecting data and information assets, coordinating technology initiatives, and helping business teams adopt digital tools and solutions. You will also handle relationships with technology vendors, track IT budgets, and establish technical policies and procedures. This is a full-time role performed remotely, with regular communication across company teams.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the organization’s IT activities, ensuring systems, networks, and related services run effectively.
• Supervise technology projects and support the rollout of digital solutions for different business areas.
• Maintain information security practices and help safeguard company data and IT assets.
• Manage technology suppliers, including service coordination, contract discussions, and performance follow-up.
• Plan and monitor IT spending, helping keep budgets under control.
• Create, implement, and refine IT policies, technical standards, and operating procedures.
• Document internal processes and look for ways to improve efficiency and consistency.

What is expected

• Proven experience leading IT functions, managing technical teams, and delivering technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, information security, and established IT governance practices such as ITIL or COBIT.
• Ability to manage vendors, prepare and track budgets, and negotiate service agreements.
• Capability to define and apply IT policies, procedures, and standards while improving internal documentation and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for remote collaboration, along with problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a strong results focus.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency is highly valued.
