Role overview

This full-time, on-site Janitorial Maintenance role is based in Kapuskasing, Ontario, Canada and supports a busy travel center environment. The position focuses on keeping the facility clean, safe, and welcoming for guests such as professional drivers, commuters, and travelers.

Pay starts at $17.60 and can go up to $20.75 per hour.

What you'll do

• Keep the store clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Clean shower areas and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Carry out basic repairs and routine upkeep of the store.
• Collect trash from around the travel center and dispose of it properly.
• Deliver strong guest service by helping maintain a well-kept facility.

What we're looking for

This opening is for an immediate current vacancy. Ideal candidates are self-driven, work well with others, can handle a physically active shift, and are available for rotating schedules that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, along with familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to fix minor issues.
