Role overview
CTP is hiring a Junior Designer to join its creative team in Boston. This position is suited to someone with a sharp visual eye, curiosity about how ideas translate across different channels, and a strong desire to contribute to live client work right away. The ideal candidate cares about craft, notices the details, follows current visual trends, and is motivated to keep developing their skills on every assignment.
What you’ll do
You’ll partner with writers, art directors, strategists, brand leads, and video specialists to turn concepts into finished creative work. Projects may range from a single polished asset to a multi-channel campaign, and you’ll be expected to keep both the small details and the overall creative direction in focus.
In this role, you will produce high-quality design work for digital, print, social, and motion applications while staying aligned with brand and campaign standards. You’ll also support the creation and refinement of brand assets such as logos, style guides, and visual systems so that the look and feel remain consistent across touchpoints. Day to day, this can include adapting assets for different formats, preparing files for production, and contributing to complete campaign rollouts.
You will also use AI tools for content generation, pre-visualization, workflow support, and post-production tasks.
What we’re looking for
CTP is seeking someone with a strong grounding in design fundamentals and the drive to push creative work further. The team values fresh thinking, careful execution, and a willingness to experiment with new approaches and technologies.
