Role Overview

Taza-Fasi is seeking a confident, adaptable, and self-motivated recent graduate to join the team as a Junior Sales Executive. This role suits someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and performs well in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication and presentation ability, can build relationships through networking, and is comfortable negotiating with clients and partners in the architecture and construction space. Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is required because the role involves proposals, presentations, reports, and client communication.

Experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or design is an added advantage. The company values professionalism, accountability, persistence, resilience, and a genuine interest in growing a career in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify fresh business opportunities by networking, referrals, cold outreach, social media, and market research.
• Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain the company’s services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry contacts, and strategic partners.
• Support the creation and follow-up of proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Track the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Assist with negotiations and help move opportunities toward closure.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking sessions to create leads and improve brand visibility.
• Work closely with the design, project, and marketing teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
• Monitor market movement, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activity and performance.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in sales and business development.
• Confident, coachable, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good relationship-building and networking ability.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exposure to architecture, construction, real estate, or design is beneficial.

Additional Information

This position is based in Kampala, Central Region, Uganda and is offered on a part-time, onsite basis.
