Key duties

• Handle day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound work such as container unstuffing, receiving, sorting, checking, and putting goods away in the correct locations.
• Manage outbound tasks such as labelling, picking, packing, and releasing cargo so deliveries are accurate and on schedule.
• Carry out cycle counts and stock-taking with care and precision.
• Use SAP WMS for warehouse-related transactions and updates.
• Help maximize warehouse space usage and maintain accurate bin locations.
• Keep the workplace clean, orderly, and safe through proper 5S and housekeeping practices.
• Support maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Take on any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• At least GCE N Level or an equivalent qualification.
• Comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work well as part of a team and also independently with limited supervision.
• Prepared to work long hours when needed.
• Quick to learn, attentive to detail, and proactive in approach.
• Positive mindset and willingness to do hands-on work.
• Prior practical experience in warehouse operations is required.
• Able to cope with pressure and short turnaround expectations.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Forklift or reach truck certification will be an added plus.
