We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and improve logistics and supply chain operations.

Arrange both local and cross-border shipments for medical devices, with a focus on punctual and cost-efficient transport.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier vendors.
Make sure all handling, storage, and transportation activities follow MOHAP and GDP requirements relevant to medical devices.
Manage day-to-day logistics work such as shipment scheduling, tracking, paperwork, and resolving operational issues.
Track and improve stock movement across distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations.
Keep shipping and inventory data accurate and up to date in ERP systems.
Work closely with the warehouse team to support correct picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
Assist demand planning and forecast accuracy by using data and operational insights.
Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and lower operating costs.
Take part in or lead logistics projects such as system enhancements, supplier assessments, and SOP creation.

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
At least 3 years of logistics experience in the UAE, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare distribution.
Good understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures and regulatory compliance.
Exposure to ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
