Role Overview

Mace is looking for an accomplished Logistics Manager to support the delivery partner team during a critical transition into the next phase of the programme. In this position, you will plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction logistics across the site, helping ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations in a tightly constrained environment with multiple contractors working together.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site logistics, including access and exit routes, traffic and transport control, delivery timetables, and the movement of materials.
• Prepare and manage Construction Logistics Plans (CLPs) along with traffic management plans.
• Coordinate logistics activity across several contractors and work packages so the site runs efficiently.
• Handle contractor interfaces to support smooth sequencing of works and reduce disruption.
• Manage laydown spaces, storage areas, and consolidation approaches to improve site utilisation.
• Maintain strong control of site access, gate procedures, and movement of the workforce.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across all logistics operations.
• Track logistics performance, assess risks, and put mitigation measures in place where needed.
• Work closely with planning, construction, and commercial teams to keep delivery aligned with the overall programme.
• Run logistics coordination meetings and share regular progress updates with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a closely related subject.
• Demonstrated background as a Logistics Manager on major construction or infrastructure schemes.
• Previous experience in a PMC, delivery partner, or Tier 1 contractor setting.
• Prior work experience in the United Arab Emirates is required for client approval.
