Maintenance

Role Overview

This position supports the smooth running of the restaurant by keeping guest- and employee-facing spaces tidy, safe, and well maintained. It also includes handling incoming supplies, carrying out routine equipment and building checks, and helping uphold food safety and storage standards.

Key Duties

• Keep customer and crew areas clean, orderly, and welcoming.
• Receive deliveries and restock supplies as needed.
• Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment and facility systems.
• Help ensure maintenance activities meet high standards for food safety and storage.
