About the role

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to support the quality of a B2B marketing platform that powers the complete campaign journey, from planning and launch to AI-assisted processes and performance reporting.

The platform brings together many connected tools and workflows used by clients, partners, and internal teams. In this position, you will help ensure the product remains dependable, easy to use, and consistent in user experience across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out functional, regression, integration, interface, user experience, and cross-browser testing.
• Check newly added features and product improvements across different platform modules.
• Prepare and keep up to date test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and QA records.
• Find, record, and monitor defects until they are resolved.
• Confirm fixes and complete validation testing before releases.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and QA colleagues.
• Join requirement reviews and share feedback from a quality and usability standpoint.
• Contribute ideas to improve QA workflows, testing methods, and documentation practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on manual testing experience for web applications.
• Good grasp of software testing fundamentals and QA approaches.
• Experience working with complex web products and multi-step user flows.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing methods.
• Ability to produce organized and easy-to-follow test documentation.
• Careful eye for detail and strong analytical reasoning.
• Intermediate English skills for everyday communication in an international team.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to API testing.
• Experience using browser developer tools.
• Interest in test automation and continued growth in QA.

Hiring process

If shortlisted, you may be asked to record a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, and this can be followed by a test task or short project to assess your fit for the team.

Next, you may be invited to speak with the hiring manager and/or interview panel. Interviews are not conducted through text message, Telegram, or similar channels. The company only proceeds after a live meeting, either in person or over Zoom.
