Role overview
Entro is looking for a content-focused marketing coordinator who can turn the firm’s work, ideas, and impact into polished digital stories. The position supports a global design practice known for branding, wayfinding, and experiential design, with marketing playing a key role in strengthening awareness, trust, and business growth.
This is a marketing and business development role, not a proposal-writing role. Proposal support is limited to brand governance: maintaining templates, reviewing outgoing materials from time to time, and making sure everything shared externally stays current and aligned to the brand.
The team values curiosity, collaboration, craftsmanship, and accountability. Success in this position depends not only on content skills, but also on building internal relationships and contributing to a strong studio culture.
What you will do
- Help shape content plans that build brand awareness, credibility, and qualified leads.
- Produce short videos, infographics, and other social-first content.
- Adapt longer pieces into shorter formats and variations for multiple social channels.
- Write and refine website, campaign, and short-form copy with care for design, tone, grammar, and consistency.
- Support marketing and business-development materials while staying within brand standards.
- Use photography and video-production capabilities as a plus when needed.
- Oversee Entro’s social media presence and website content to improve engagement and track results.
- Create, queue, and publish social posts and blog articles that match the brand and marketing goals.
- Apply SEO fundamentals such as page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text, and internal linking.
- Refresh website pages, including news, case studies, and blog content.
- Build segmented email newsletters and campaign sends.
- Use CRM platforms to support marketing and business-development activities.
- Act as a guardian of the brand by keeping templates updated and reviewing outward-facing proposal materials periodically.
- Gather internal input such as project stories, milestones, awards, and photography, then turn it into client-facing and marketing assets.
- Spot opportunities for industry engagement that can help sales efforts and growth.
- Coordinate photography with Creative Directors.
- Keep marketing files, project documentation, and assets organized and up to date.
- Research topics, industry opportunities, and content ideas to support marketing execution.
- Help coordinate sponsorships and industry-engagement initiatives.
First 90 days
The role is expected to gain traction quickly. Early work will focus on learning the brand, the systems, and the people, then moving into consistent content production that supports engagement and pipeline activity.
- First 30 days: Learn the brand, tools, and team. Become comfortable with Entro’s brand rules, voice, and visual standards; review current performance on LinkedIn, Instagram, and the website; learn the content, CRM, email, and analytics tools; build working relationships with the BD Lead, Creative Directors, Project Leadership, and R&D; establish a reliable way to gather project stories, milestones, and photography; and take over the content calendar and publishing schedule.
- First 60 days: Produce steadily and strengthen brand consistency. Maintain a regular publishing rhythm across social channels and the blog, repurpose longer content into shorter pieces, begin managing templates and brand reviews for outgoing material and proposal submissions, launch or refresh the segmented newsletter program, improve on-page SEO on priority pages and case studies, and start reporting against the Day 30 baseline.
- First 90 days: Show clear progress. Demonstrate growth in LinkedIn followers and engagement, maintain a consistent and current content stream and website, show that online channels are contributing leads tracked through business development, and create a straightforward reporting dashboard for the key metrics.

- At least 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing; internships and co-op experience are included.
- Strong writing and editing ability, along with an eye for visual storytelling and design.
- Comfort working with social platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, plus content scheduling tools.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, WordPress, and email marketing tools.
- Understanding of SEO basics and website content management.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting platforms, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, and social insights.
