MEP Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)

Overview

Infinity Developments is seeking a junior-to-mid-level MEP Engineer for its Dubai office. This role supports residential, industrial, and large luxury developments, including waterfront villas, lagoons, and swimming pools. The company is looking for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and capable of contributing across the project lifecycle from design development through construction.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

What You Will Do

• Develop and assess MEP layouts, design packages, technical drawings, and related engineering records.
• Create and coordinate MEP drafting and detailing work using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Align mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with architectural and structural requirements.
• Visit project sites to verify that MEP work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track installation progress, troubleshoot technical concerns, and recommend workable engineering fixes during execution.
• Take part in coordination meetings and assist with clash detection and issue resolution.
• Make sure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and project-specific requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in MEP engineering.
• Practical site exposure in residential, industrial, or high-end building projects.
• Strong drafting and detailing ability using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Experience working with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Understanding of BIM-based workflows and coordination across disciplines will be considered a plus.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with waterfront villas, lagoons, swimming pools, or similar premium developments is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards is preferred.
