About the role
As the initial contact for customers, you will help deliver a smooth end-to-end experience. The role involves supporting booking management, answering customer questions, and making reservations on the customer’s behalf. Success in this position requires strong multitasking ability, comfort with computer-based work, and clear English communication. The company is looking for someone who stays composed in busy situations, adapts quickly, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key qualifications
The ideal candidate should have solid computer literacy, including internet browsing, ticket reservations, and check-in handling. Strong written and spoken English is essential. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Handle travel reservations and assist with check-in-related tasks.
- Reply to customer questions in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, output, and dependability.
- Contribute blog content as needed.
Work arrangement
This is a remote position. Candidates must have their own laptop or personal computer along with a reliable internet connection. Working hours are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Western Indonesian Time, and weekly offs rotate.
