Role overview

SMFG India Home Finance Co. is hiring an Operations Executive for its Mumbai Suburban location. The role focuses on end-to-end processing of retail loan cases across secured and unsecured products, with responsibility for servicing, closure, documentation checks, coordination, and process compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage retail loan applications for both secured and unsecured offerings, including Home Loan, Home Equity, ABF, Used Car, and Two-Wheeler finance.
Support loan servicing activities and handle loan closure workflows in line with internal procedures.
Review and validate loan documentation, ensure compliance requirements are met, and work with internal stakeholders to keep processing on track.
Monitor application progress, maintain accurate records, and follow defined turnaround time and quality benchmarks.

Preferred background

Prior exposure to retail loan processing, loan servicing, and loan closure work.
Working knowledge of Home Loan, Home Equity, ABF, Used Car, TW, and similar retail lending products.
Sound understanding of loan papers, verification steps, and compliance checks.
Comfort using MS Excel and basic loan processing tools or systems.
Good communication skills, coordination ability, and a detail-oriented approach.

Open to any graduate.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 225000 to INR 450000.
