Hae CPG is hiring an experienced Operations Manager with a background in CPG and beauty to join the team. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Hae CPG team to run and improve daily client operations across supply chain coordination, retail fulfillment, logistics, freight and transportation, inventory control, reporting, and planning.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with brand teams, vendors, retail partners, and logistics stakeholders, ensuring prompt communication and issue resolution.
  • Create, organize, and update client-facing and internal documentation such as reports, SOPs, and templates so they stay current with operating processes.
  • Support reporting for inventory reconciliation, outbound logistics, freight activity, and retail operations, then translate the data into useful insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee timely and accurate shipment of retail purchase orders across retail channels and systems, including EDI, 3PL WMS platforms, and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, while resolving fulfillment issues.
  • Review 3PL, freight, and shipping invoices and expenses for accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Make sure B2B outbound shipments follow retailer routing rules, analyze chargebacks, prepare reports, and handle disputes when needed to correct errors and recover costs.
  • Support the setup and reliability of operational systems across ERP platforms, retail tools, WMS, inventory software, and middleware, including troubleshooting data flow and technical issues.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and assembly partners to support efficient e-commerce and retail order delivery, including special projects and BOM management.
  • Coordinate movement and delivery of finished goods, components, and packaging materials for domestic and international shipments, ensuring everything is documented and tracked properly.
  • Track inventory across all locations, identify discrepancies, and implement control measures to improve stock accuracy, prevent stockouts, and reduce shrink.
  • Handle client purchase orders and production schedules, work with vendors to keep orders on track, and adjust timelines based on delays and demand needs.
  • Train and support Operations Associates across e-commerce, retail, customer experience, inventory allocation, and outbound logistics while helping them follow procedures and meet company standards.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in retail or CPG operations, ideally in a startup environment; retail fulfillment experience is a plus.
