Requirements

• German language skills at least at B1 level
• Ability to swim is mandatory
• An extended certificate of good conduct is required
• Mobility is necessary

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to guests on site
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for questions and concerns from visitors of all ages
• Ensure that safety rules and bathing regulations are consistently followed
• Help keep attractions operating smoothly
• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks independently and proactively
• Maintain control over the safety and cleanliness of the assigned area at all times
• Check the proper functioning of effects, decorations, and facilities with care and reliability

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant puts guest service first, communicates warmly and calmly, enjoys working with people, and presents a neat and well-groomed appearance. Flexibility with working hours is important, especially on weekends and during holiday periods. Good manners are expected. Knowledge of English and French would be an added advantage.

Additional requirements

An extended police clearance certificate must be available before starting work.
