The position also covers demand planning and logistics coordination, while requiring you to guide a small team and support ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure the best commercial outcomes.

- Track demand, prepare forecasts, and manage stock levels accordingly.
- Handle logistics coordination and work through supply disruptions when they arise.
- Review performance data, costs, and market trends to inform decisions.
- Supervise, support, and develop a Procurement Coordinator.
- Ensure all procurement activity follows company policies and established procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5+ years of experience across procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, along with strong negotiation and supplier management capability. You should be comfortable using analysis to forecast and plan, and you’ll thrive in a responsive, fast-moving environment. This role suits someone with leadership experience or someone ready to move into a leadership position. Experience with import/export, logistics, international freight, and broader supply coordination is valuable, especially exposure to Latin American or Ecuadorian supply markets.
