Professional Shopper

Role Overview

Curion is looking for a full-time Professional Shopper to support its facilities team by sourcing supplies and grocery items needed for onsite consumer testing. This is a hands-on role that keeps you active in the community, visiting local supermarkets and stores rather than sitting at a desk all day. The work changes from day to day, creating a varied and fast-moving schedule. Flexible working hours are part of the arrangement, and travel costs are reimbursed.

Key Duties

• Purchase, collect, and transport consumer test products from nearby grocery stores.
• Communicate professionally with store managers and other store personnel.
• Protect product quality during transport using coolers, blue ice packs, and dry ice when needed.
• Dispatch items from the Curion office to different destinations as required.
• Fulfill special purchasing instructions, including matching date codes.
• Maintain an accurate record of all procured items and inventory.
• Log receipts into Certify on the same day they are received.
• Support additional procurement-related work assigned by the Procurement Manager.

• Strong professionalism, clear communication, and a dependable work style.
• Ability to obtain clearance for use of the company credit card.
• Excellent organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence working independently in a local retail environment.
• Valid vehicle access along with car insurance that satisfies minimum state rules.
• Physical ability to lift more than 40 pounds.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort using the internet to research consumer products.
• Food safety knowledge is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay for this full-time position is between $16.50 and $18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
