Role Overview

Star is looking for a Project Manager to take charge of the Star B2C Programs unit. This is a combined commercial function that includes professional certification programs delivered with internationally recognized partners, along with a premium facility activation program at one of Riyadh’s most prestigious locations. The position carries full ownership: you will run the unit as a project, lead the people involved, and be responsible for both commercial and operational outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Own the project roadmap, delivery timeline, and key milestone plan across every program stream.
• Oversee budgeting and allocate resources effectively.
• Recruit, guide, and manage the project team, including project specialists.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular performance updates to senior leaders.
• Spot risks early, solve delivery issues, and keep execution on schedule.
• Work with Star’s PMO team to transition program delivery after deal closure.
• Make sure all deliverables are completed within scope and on time.

Business Scope

• Lead B2B sales efforts with corporate clients across training, certification, and facility-based offerings; this is the primary commercial focus of the role.
• Maintain a rolling six-month programs calendar for all workstreams in the unit.
• Manage partnership-level relationships with international certification bodies, including planned business reviews and contract renewal discussions.
• Supervise B2C certification sales, facility program sales, and incoming inquiries through project specialists.
• Find and act on cross-selling opportunities between the certification and facility program lines.
• Own the requirements gathering and acceptance process for the digital platform being developed for the unit.
• Handle the learning and development aspect of the project, including the certification partner ecosystem and input into program design.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience, ideally involving commercial or revenue-focused work.
• Prior exposure to training, learning and development, or a related field is necessary to speak credibly with corporate L&D buyers and certification partners.
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, with a track record of building and closing corporate relationships.
• Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage calendars, teams, budgets, and pipelines at the same time.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, including written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable using AI in a practical, work-integrated way to improve research, planning, analysis, and execution workflows.
• Saudi nationality is preferred.
