Role overview
Ceros is hiring a part-time contract Recruiter to support hiring across several business areas, with the strongest emphasis on go-to-market positions. This person will own full-cycle recruiting for important roles while also building and sustaining strong talent pipelines, especially for Sales and other critical functions. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful, focused on outcomes, and experienced in finding and engaging top candidates in competitive markets.
Compensation and work details
The role is remote within the United States and reports to the Chief People Officer. It is a W2 contract position and requires approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. Ceros would like the selected candidate to begin as soon as possible. Pay is set at $50 to $80 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle while keeping the candidate journey smooth and positive.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and success factors, and to ensure hiring supports broader company goals.
- Use creative and non-traditional sourcing approaches to reach a wider range of talent pools.
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, hiring practices, and recruiting strategy.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines for future openings by engaging passive candidates and maintaining long-term relationships.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to use proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.
- Experience partnering with C-level leaders on strategic hiring in high-growth technology startups.
- Greenhouse experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the competitive enterprise tech hiring landscape and how to engage strong candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both candidates and hiring decisions.
