Key responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team of roughly 20 to 50 people and drive both engagement and performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including rostering, recruitment, stock control, and compliance, with guidance from the Area Manager.
• Support team development through regular check-ins, performance conversations, and individual growth plans.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring profit and loss, budgets, and key operational metrics.
• Take ownership of the Local Matters program to strengthen community connections and support local groups.

• Someone comfortable managing multiple operational priorities in a busy restaurant setting.
• Experience working with budgets, KPI tracking, and business performance measures.
• Strong people-management capability, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance development.
• A commitment to compliance, standards, and delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience.
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be able to pass a National Police Check.
