About the Role
This position is for a motivated Sales Development Representative specialist who will create new business opportunities and keep the sales pipeline active. The role is hands-on and outreach-driven, with a focus on finding prospects, opening conversations, and securing qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
No long work history is required; the team is looking for someone with strong communication, curiosity, and the energy to perform in a fast-moving marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and research prospective clients that match the target customer profile, including B2B, retail, e-commerce, not-for-profit, and startup businesses.
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social channels.
- Assess both inbound and outbound leads to determine quality and fit.
- Arrange discovery calls and appointment slots for qualified prospects.
- Partner with founders to move booked meetings toward sales conversion.
- Support the preparation of proposals and contracts alongside the founders.
- Keep CRM information accurate and maintain timely follow-up activity.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach methods.
- Represent the agency in a professional, positive, and confident manner in every client interaction.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an agency or SaaS sales environment.
- Comfort and confidence when speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- A self-starting, goal-oriented approach.
- Good organization and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand the basics of marketing services.
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or lead generation.
- Base pay, depending on experience, plus commission.
