Role overview

A consulting services client is looking for a remote Scrum Master to support agile delivery on a 6-month W2 contract that includes benefits. The position focuses on keeping projects moving, aligning teams with priorities and deadlines, and strengthening the use of Agile practices.

What you'll do

• Run core Agile meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives so the team can collaborate effectively and deliver on time.
• Monitor delivery progress, surface and manage risks and issues, and help ensure the work stays tied to agreed goals, schedules, and Agile standards.
• Share status updates, major milestones, and blockers with stakeholders while encouraging accountability across cross-functional groups.

Experience and skills

The role calls for a solid background in Agile project delivery, along with practical knowledge of Scrum frameworks. You should be comfortable managing schedules, handling risks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
