Role Overview
The Skilled Technician will handle practical maintenance, fault-finding, and repair work on electrical or mechanical systems within utility, industrial, or facility settings. The position focuses on completing field tasks safely, efficiently, and within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive and routine maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose breakdowns and perform corrective repairs on-site.
- Assist with installation work, equipment restoration, and keeping systems ready for operation.
- Carry out all tasks in line with safety standards and site-specific procedures.
- Work according to instructions, technical drawings, and maintenance plans.
- Update supervisors on faults found, work completed, and any outstanding issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
- Between 5 and 8 years of practical experience in maintenance, utility, or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot effectively and execute field work confidently.
- Applicants must hold a valid Kahramaa Electrical License.

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and is a full-time onsite position.
