Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Software Engineer for a new graduate, you will contribute to technology solutions that support eCommerce, inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, and other core business functions. You will work with teams across application development, cloud, data, and IT operations, gaining practical experience with modern tools and systems while helping deliver real work from day one. The team is building an automation-first technology culture, so this role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and improving how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve integrations and automated workflows that connect systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, and eCommerce platforms while reducing manual work.
• Create and support data pipelines and ETL processes that transfer, transform, and validate information across systems, with attention to data consistency and quality.
• Build APIs, webhooks, and event-driven automation with reliable error handling, logging, and monitoring so issues can be detected quickly.
• Write clean, testable code and scripts in Python, C#, or JavaScript to automate recurring business tasks and reporting.
• Partner with both business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather needs, and turn them into working solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release practices, and documentation to keep automation systems dependable and easy to maintain.
• Assist in evaluating and using cloud tools and services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, and Service Bus.
• Take on additional duties as needed, aligned with training and qualifications.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Basic programming ability in at least one language; Python is preferred, though C#, Java, or JavaScript are also relevant.
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON/XML, and common web service patterns such as REST, HTTP, and webhooks.
• Some experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing queries, understanding schemas, and thinking about data quality.
• Familiarity with Git and an interest in learning CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• A curious, proactive problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how systems work and automating manual processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates.

• This role is based in Austin, Texas, and follows a hybrid schedule with in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.
