Role Overview
The company is looking for a driven Business Development Executive with a strong interest in selling international IT services and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out outbound sales efforts for IT services such as software development, cloud-based solutions, digital transformation, and technical support.
- Find and screen leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CallHippo, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.
- Study overseas markets to uncover potential customers and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects, present the company’s services effectively, and arrange client meetings.
- Assist across the full sales journey, from identifying leads through to closing deals.
- Keep CRM records current with opportunity details, activity logs, and customer communication.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams so client needs are matched with the company’s capabilities.
- Communicate market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help guide growth plans.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CallHippo, and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Good analytical ability and a practical, solution-focused mindset.
- Capability to explain technical services clearly and persuasively.
- Strong skills in relationship management, presentations, and negotiation.
