Role Summary

The Store Supervisor will assist the management team in delivering store targets by ensuring the team operates effectively and follows company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Help drive store performance and KPI achievement to support broader business goals.
• Deliver consistently high customer service by following store policies, sharing product details, and maintaining a warm, respectful approach to shoppers.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and administrative tasks, including staff rosters, supplier coordination, and contractor follow-up to keep the outlet running smoothly.
• Support the management team in identifying and delivering technical training for store employees so they remain well prepared on products, service standards, and policy requirements.
• Keep product knowledge current, including design details, market trends, quality concerns, and stock availability, to improve customer support.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role is required.
• Previous exposure to a similar brand is preferred.
• Prior retail experience in the fashion sector is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office is expected.
• Understanding of local culture and sensitivities is important, along with familiarity with fashion.
• Awareness of changing fashion trends is required.
