Role Overview

This is a remote, three-month contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting a major high-volume hiring program for a nationally recognized business. The assignment is with a leading U.S. commercial real estate services organization and is best suited to a seasoned recruiter who can work quickly, handle several open roles at once, and provide a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

The role calls for someone with deep full-cycle recruiting experience, comfort managing 40 or more active requisitions, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers on sourcing and selection. Prior recruiting experience for Data Center Technician positions is especially valuable. The working schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a large volume of open roles, from the initial intake discussion through offer stage.
Find suitable candidates through job boards, social networks, direct outreach, and other sourcing methods.
Create and nurture pipelines of talent for both technical and professional positions.
Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and shape effective recruiting approaches.
Balance several recruiting assignments at once while adapting to changing business priorities.
Review candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
Keep candidate information and recruiting actions up to date in the applicant tracking system.
Follow company hiring policies and relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the process.
Share consistent updates with hiring managers on search status, labor market trends, and pipeline health.
Suggest improvements that can make recruiting faster and improve the candidate experience.
Support hiring needs across a range of levels, from entry roles to senior positions.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though a comparable mix of education and recruiting experience may also be accepted.
At least 5 to 8 years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success managing more than 40 open requisitions at the same time.
Background in high-volume and project-based recruitment.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems; experience with Avature is strongly preferred.
Direct experience recruiting Data Center Technicians is highly preferred.
Strong ability to source candidates through multiple recruiting channels and social platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfort handling competing deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
