Overview
This opportunity is for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Toronto, Ontario, within a hybrid setup that requires three days per week in the office. The role sits within a growing talent acquisition function that supports a varied corporate environment.
The position is well suited to a recruitment professional who enjoys relationship-building, navigating hiring challenges, and working closely with business leaders to bring in strong talent across multiple corporate areas. Reporting to and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition leader, you will play a hands-on role in full-cycle hiring and help drive immediate impact in a fast-moving organization.

Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for a wide range of corporate roles, starting from intake discussions through to successful placement.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, advise on recruitment approach, and help create a positive candidate journey.
- Design and use sourcing plans across channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, and other talent search methods to find qualified candidates.
- Create job ads, coordinate interviews, support offer management, complete internal equity reviews, and handle candidate communication throughout the process.
- Arrange background screening, keep recruitment information accurate, and contribute to a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards, monitor hiring data, and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.
- Manage a busy requisition load of 20 or more open roles at the same time while adapting to shifting business needs.
Skills and qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, gained in either a corporate or agency setting.
- Experience hiring across several corporate functions, such as Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and leadership roles.
- A track record of handling high-volume hiring while still delivering a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to act as a trusted recruitment advisor with a service-oriented approach when partnering with business leaders.
- Practical experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing capability using tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Solid analytical ability, including experience creating dashboards, tracking metrics, and using Excel features such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent organization, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.
