What you will do

- Adapt communication to different customer styles and needs while actively listening and responding appropriately.
- Recommend solutions confidently and use persuasive selling approaches to secure distribution, ranging, and display wins.
- Carry out merchandising standards, relays, and planogram execution accurately and within required timelines.
- Keep products visible, well stocked, and aligned with execution guidelines.
- Manage daily routines, time, and priorities effectively across multiple stores.
- Bring a positive mindset, welcome feedback, and look for ways to learn and improve.
- Work in line with Kraft Heinz values and contribute to the company’s overall vision.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with food safety, environmental, health and safety, ethical, and human resources policies, programs, and goals.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, well organised, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively. You should be able to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and use Excel along with basic data outputs to support sales decisions.
This role also suits someone who can interpret and present data and insights, apply sales fundamentals with guidance from the Regional Field Sales Manager, and build trusted relationships through thoughtful communication and problem-solving.
A valid driver licence is required, along with willingness to travel across the territory on four out of five working days. Prior sales experience in FMCG is expected, ideally with a track record of success working with key international or local retailers.
