Role overview

This position focuses on field-based customer service, shipment movement, route development, and sales support. The role is with a well-known logistics brand that emphasizes reliability, efficiency, and growth-oriented work opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer service through timely and accurate pickup and delivery of shipments in the field.
• Make sure shipments collected from the assigned route are properly connected and forwarded.
• Work on expanding and strengthening the territory or route.
• Increase business from the existing customer base along the route.
• Identify and generate sales leads.
• Continuously improve personal grooming and stay updated on product and operations knowledge.
• Share information about competitors in the market.

Requirements
