NOV is hiring a Warehouser for its Singapore location. This role is focused on receiving stock, keeping inventory accurate, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accept, inspect, and log all incoming goods and materials.
• Keep warehouse shelves and storage areas arranged so items can be located quickly and efficiently.
• Carry out daily stock checks to maintain reliable inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and ready orders for dispatch accurately and on time.
• Track and document all items sent out of the warehouse.
• Escalate any defects, shortages, or mismatches to the supervisor.
• Use warehouse tools and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools, in a safe and effective way.
• Carry out basic equipment inspections and inform the team of any faults.
• Ensure storage and work areas remain neat, orderly, clean, and free from safety risks.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the materials coordinator or their representative.
• Follow all health, safety, and environment instructions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Level or O Level, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A self-directed worker who can perform well with limited supervision.
• Valid forklift license is required.
• Experience with ERP or a warehouse management system will be an added advantage.
