About the internship

This internship is with a boutique investment management firm that focuses on spotting potential early and values people who learn quickly, think independently, and can break down complex problems on their own.

What you'll work on

• Study markets, sectors, and listed companies in depth to uncover attractive investment ideas.
• Build and refine financial models used to project business performance and assess different investment outcomes.
• Prepare detailed research documents and presentation decks.
• Support the investments team with routine operational tasks.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 19 June 2026 and 24 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month tenure. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply. Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 6,000 to 10,000.

Additional information

The stipend has two parts: a fixed component of ₹5,000 per month and an incentive component ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.

About the company

The employer is a boutique investment management firm currently preparing to launch a Category III AIF. Its client base includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and emerging institutional investors who want differentiated strategies beyond conventional products. The firm also has additional funds planned, including an early-stage/hybrid venture capital fund and a real estate fund.

Job offer

If the internship converts into a permanent role, the expected annual compensation will be between ₹3,00,000 and ₹10,00,000.
