About the internship
This internship is focused on ERP and operations support for a premium furniture brand. The selected intern will work from the office and help keep enterprise data, reporting, and day-to-day coordination running smoothly across teams such as sales, procurement, accounts, and production.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update records inside the company’s ERP platform.
- Track sales orders, purchase orders, stock, and production data to keep information accurate.
- Work with sales, procurement, finance/accounts, and production teams to support seamless operations.
- Prepare operational summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using ERP data.
- Keep product, customer, and vendor information organized and up to date.
- Spot workflow bottlenecks and share ideas to improve efficiency.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, stock checks, and related documentation.
- Support the creation of dashboards and management information reports (MIS).
- Ensure records are properly maintained and aligned with internal process requirements.
- Handle additional operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, commit to a 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in operations or ERP work.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- A bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment, in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, is expected.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Applicants should bring good analytical thinking, organization, accuracy, and time management.
- Comfort with large datasets and cross-functional collaboration is important.
- A willingness to learn business operations and process improvement is essential.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.
