About the internship
Wholsum Foods is hiring an HR intern who is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in Human Resources. This role offers practical exposure to multiple HR activities in a fast-moving workplace, helping you strengthen both your knowledge and hands-on ability.
Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding by sharing openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Assist the HR team with employee relations work, including exit interviews and responding to employee queries or concerns.
- Keep employee records updated and ensure information remains accurate in HR information systems.
- Help plan and coordinate training and learning programs for employees.
- Support performance management tasks such as monitoring review cycles and assisting managers with evaluation-related work.
- Use MS Excel to prepare reports and examine HR data for decision-making.
- Work with the team to improve HR workflows and strengthen employee engagement efforts.
