The Role
The Administrative Assistant will help keep everyday office activities running smoothly by handling a broad mix of coordination and support tasks that improve team efficiency.
Key Duties
- Organize calendars, bookings, and appointment schedules.
- Arrange meetings and support event coordination.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and general communications.
- Keep files, documents, and records organized and up to date.
- Assist with basic project coordination and related administrative follow-up.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to team members as needed.
Team Structure
This role works alongside a varied group of professionals and reports directly to the office manager.

- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior exposure to office administration tools or software.
- Well-developed organizational ability.

- Good time management and prioritization skills.
