Role overview
The Store Operations team is hiring an Asset Management Coordinator to oversee NAPA corporate stores across South Eastern Ontario. The role focuses on store monitoring, process compliance, inventory control, and operational support.
Compensation and benefits
The annual salary for this position is between $58,900 and $73,600, depending on experience and qualifications. The package also includes comprehensive benefits, corporate discount access, and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Review each assigned NAPA corporate store at least four times per year.
- Support store operations by ensuring returns are processed correctly and cash handling procedures are followed.
- Guide teams on inventory standards and upkeep, and assist with physical inventory checks, including sample counts before and after the count.
- Measure store compliance with asset management programs, refresh staff training where needed, and coach new store managers.
- Respond to health and safety issues and investigate situations involving suspected fraud or theft.
- Work with regional leadership to maintain procedural compliance and close inventory gaps or discrepancies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in store operations or accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good process management, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-through abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
