Key duties

Working alongside the Bar Manager and the wider Food and Beverage team, the successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of the bar areas, including food and drink service, while maintaining a courteous, polished and guest-friendly service style.

• Make sure all service areas are fully prepared before service begins and properly reset after service ends.
• Adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business.
• Support staff training to help ensure team-wide compliance with operational standards.
• Assist with stock control processes.
• Follow all licensing, legal and regulatory obligations.
• Apply correct cash-handling procedures and ensure returns are processed accurately.
