Role overview

Join Cobra Coffee as a Barista at its Cribbs Causeway store and help deliver the Starbucks experience through excellent service, well-made drinks, and quality food products. This is a customer-facing role at the centre of the store, where building positive connections and bringing energy to every shift are key parts of the job.

What you can expect

No prior barista experience is required. What matters most is a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to create enjoyable moments for guests. You will learn how to prepare handcrafted drinks, support the store team, and get to know customers so you can help deliver their favourite orders with consistency and care.

Key duties

• Prepare beverages, whole bean products, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
• Assist with core store operations such as opening and closing duties, cash handling, and keeping the store safe and secure.
• Support teammates during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
• Stay aware of store activity and customer preferences so you can respond to needs proactively.
• Provide warm, memorable service with a customer-first approach.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and organised for both guests and colleagues.

Working pattern

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on store needs.

The hiring process includes an application review, CV screening, a telephone interview, submission of right-to-work documents, an interview plus in-store experience, followed by an offer and onboarding.
