What you’ll do

• Prepare cocktails, other beverages, and light snacks while keeping service smooth and well-organized.
• Develop seasonal signature drinks and bring creative ideas to the bar menu.
• Support the lead in shaping the drinks list and help train the team in bar skills.
• Take on a mix of service duties as well as additional front-desk or reception-related tasks.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries, while maintaining mise-en-place according to the team’s standards and setup guidelines.
• Share local recommendations and insider tips with guests about the city’s best places to visit.

What you should bring

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in lifestyle hospitality or in well-known bar venues.
• Flexibility and readiness to work shifts.
• Strong reliability, multitasking ability, and a willingness to learn.
• A considerate and empathetic approach to others, along with the ability to pass on enthusiasm to the team and guests.
• A good sense of humor, enjoyment of team-based work, and genuine interest in guest interaction.
• Fluency in both German and English.
