Role Overview
Aaratech Inc. is looking for a meticulous Business Analyst with background exposure in healthcare to help advance business operations and technology programs. This position centers on partnering with clinical, operations, and IT teams to clarify needs, review current processes, and shape solutions that support better patient outcomes and stronger efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, assess, and clearly record business needs and functional specifications.
- Map and interpret healthcare processes while aligning work to business goals.
- Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and create structured process documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technology functions.
- Contribute to solution design and rollout activities.
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Support reporting tasks and compliance-related documentation.
- Operate in Agile/Scrum settings and use tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Prior experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
- Strong capability in analysis and documentation.
- Comfort working with Agile/Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of healthcare frameworks and systems such as HIPAA, HL7, or EHR platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and build reports using tools like SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including distributed groups.
