Role Overview
This position is for a Business Analyst supporting mortgage and CoFi business analysis activities. The role centers on requirement engineering, business analysis, and collaboration in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support mortgage and CoFi-related analysis efforts.
- Contribute to requirement engineering activities across the delivery lifecycle.
- Operate effectively in a mainframe-based environment and align business needs with technical constraints.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong background as an IT business analyst with hands-on experience in requirement engineering.
- Working knowledge of mainframe systems, including CICS and DB2.
- German language fluency is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Thought Machine is considered an advantage.
