Role Overview
The Business Development Intern will work alongside the GTM team and multiple internal support functions to assist with bid execution and broader go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out opportunity scouting and market study work.
- Research and analyze key client accounts.
- Track public tender updates and assess relevant information.
- Support bid project coordination and execution.
- Assist with preparation of GTM documents such as trackers, organization charts, and related materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help move bid activities forward.
- Help prepare BD and GTM documents and handle administrative tasks for the team.
- Provide basic translation support for Chinese and English materials.
- Assist with GTM department administration and help organize team-building activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or already holding an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, IT, or Sustainability.
- Strong communication abilities and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
