About the role
This position is for a fresher Business Development Manager in a Bengaluru-based real estate services company. The role focuses on guiding potential customers through property options and helping them make informed decisions about plots, villas, apartments, and related real estate offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Screen leads and gather a clear understanding of client needs.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested prospects.
- Stay in regular contact with leads and follow up consistently.
- Explain project information, pricing, offers, and current availability to customers.
- Record and keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
