About the Role
wearemighty is developing products at the overlap of artificial intelligence, creativity, and business change. Its core offering, trysecretsauce.ai, is designed to help brands expand content output through AI-driven workflows, embedded creative support, and brand control.
The company is hiring a Business Development Representative to help create its outbound motion from the ground up. This is a non-traditional SDR position focused on spotting opportunities, starting conversations, and generating demand in markets that are not already warm.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape outbound strategy, design prospecting systems, test messaging, use AI-enabled tools, and build pipeline from an early stage. The environment is best suited to someone who enjoys uncertainty, likes solving problems independently, and takes pride in opening doors rather than simply managing them.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and oversee outbound campaigns aimed at consumer brands, ecommerce businesses, and marketing teams.
- Study target companies and look for indicators that suggest they are struggling to scale creative output.
- Create account-based outreach approaches tailored to specific prospects.
- Draft, test, and improve cold email copy, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-step outbound sequences.
- Run outreach efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Use AI tools to streamline research, prospecting, and personalization tasks.
- Assess lead quality and arrange discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Partner with the founders to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Keep the CRM accurate and track the performance of outreach activities.
- Continuously test new tactics, tools, and workflows to improve outbound results.
- Share feedback from the market to help guide product positioning and go-to-market direction.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has experience in outbound sales, business development, or prospecting, and has proven they can create pipeline through self-driven outreach. Strong written communication is important, along with comfort handling rejection and reaching out cold. Familiarity with modern sales and prospecting tools, solid research and account-mapping ability, and the capacity to work independently in an early-stage setting are also important. A genuine interest in AI and a willingness to use AI tools in day-to-day work are highly valued.
Additional Strengths
Extra advantage will be given to candidates who have sold products with limited brand awareness, built outbound systems from scratch, used tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, ChatGPT, or Claude, sold to marketing, creative, ecommerce, or consumer brand teams, worked with account-based marketing or account-based sales approaches, or collaborated directly with founders.
What This Role Is Not
This is not an inbound SDR position, an account management role, or a customer success role. It is also not a job where leads are supplied daily or where you will follow a mature sales playbook. In this role, you will help create the playbook.
