Overview
Nando’s PERi-PERi North America is hiring cleaners/dishwashers for its Atlanta location. This position is available in both part-time and full-time formats, and it is designed for people who want a lively workplace, a supportive team, and a chance to begin or grow a restaurant career.
The role is part of the restaurant operations team and focuses on keeping service areas, dish areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and ready for use. In addition to dishwashing and sanitation, the position may include light support work such as putting away deliveries, helping with basic food prep, and assisting the kitchen team as needed.

Role Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas neat and orderly
- Support cleanliness across other parts of the restaurant as needed
- Help put away deliveries and supplies
- Assist with cooking chicken and simple food-prep tasks when requested
- Work closely with the team to help deliver a strong guest experience
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable receiving direction and working as part of a team
- Able to stay composed and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong focus on quality service and familiarity with food and beverage basics
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Basic English communication skills and professional interaction expected
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs independently for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs while carrying food items and dishes throughout the shift
- Must be able to remain on your feet or walking for 8–10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping
- Ability to push and pull items as needed
- Ability to lift objects overhead
- Must be able to use stairs in restaurants with multiple levels
